Shipping policy

Processing Time is 1-2 business days excluding Holidays, Processing time IS NOT shipping time, shipping time is defined as the transit time it takes the package to reach to you from the post office.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by weather or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays.  If you have any issues with your order once it has left the warehouse, please contact the carrier first as they will be the most adept at locating your package.

Please make sure when you are placing an order that you have the correct shipping address.  For security reasons, once an order is placed, we cannot alter it in any way.  If your order is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you will be responsible for shipping fees again.  Please don’t forget to double check your orders.
